Leadership can start long before we hold a formal title. It can be shown through speaking up, supporting others, creating opportunities, building visibility, and contributing to a positive research culture.

Join us for an engaging panel discussion with inspiring EMCR role models who are taking leadership in different ways, within and beyond their research careers. Partnered with WREN, this internal University of Sydney event, Leadership in Practice: Building Visibility, Voice and Support, will bring together EMCRs across schools, faculties and disciplines to explore leadership in a practical, supportive and inclusive way.
