The WREN Researchers Tinder – International Edition 2025 offers a unique opportunity for women researchers in engineering to connect across borders, build meaningful relationships, and foster international research collaborations.
Objective
This initiative aims to support the establishment of short-, medium-, and long-term research partnerships among women researchers in engineering from diverse nationalities, promoting a collaborative and inclusive international research environment.
Format
Participants will take part in virtual “speed dating” rounds where they can introduce themselves, share their research interests, and explore common goals. Based on mutual interest, selected participants will be invited for more in-depth one-on-one conversations to discuss potential partnerships. These may include co-authorship, co-supervision, or the development of joint international research proposals.

Target Audience
This event is exclusive to women (cis and trans) who are researchers in engineering, with proficiency in English. Participants must hold a master’s degree or higher (PhD candidates, postdocs, professors, or industry professionals involved in research).
