Dr Rebekah Schulz

Dr Rebekah Schulz is a Lecturer in Management and Head of Postgraduate Studies in the School of Business, University of Wollongong. Her research focuses on gender equity, inclusive leadership, and feedback literacy, with particular interest in how organisational systems and everyday practices shape inclusion and participation. Prior to entering academia, Rebekah held senior leadership roles across local and state government, including Director Community and Culture at Georges River Council. She brings an interdisciplinary perspective to WREN through her experience in governance, organisational leadership, teaching, and research, alongside her ongoing work supporting inclusive practices for women in higher education and professional contexts.
