Maryam Adavoudi Jolfaei

Maryam Adavoudi Jolfaei is a PhD candidate in the School of Engineering at the University of Wollongong. Her research focuses on actuators designed for biomedical applications. Alongside her research, Maryam works as an Associate Lecturer and has extensive academic and industry experience in laboratory coordination, quality control, and research support. With a strong background in textile engineering and materials science, she is passionate about supporting women in research and engineering, fostering student engagement, and promoting collaboration across STEMM communities through her involvement with WREN.
